In one sentence
A screen recorder built for software demos, with smooth auto-scroll and a green-screen webcam, running entirely on-device.
The problem
Recording a software demo means scrolling a long page without the jerk of a mouse wheel, zooming into the click that matters, and keeping a webcam bubble that does not cover the UI. Every recorder I used did one of those three well.
Why I built it
I record software for a living. This is the tool I needed 800 videos ago, and it is the clearest case of the loop this whole site is about: the explaining work defined the product, and building it made the explaining faster.
Who it is for
Anyone recording software: creators, product marketers, support teams writing video documentation.

Technology
- TypeScript
- Chrome MV3
- MediaRecorder API

Role
Sole developer and designer. Published under Veeme Media.
What I learned
On-device processing is a feature, not a constraint. Once I stopped uploading footage to a server, the export got faster, the privacy story got simple, and there was no infrastructure bill. The MediaRecorder API does more than its reputation suggests.
